Maple Symbolic Mathematics

Maple is a powerful system for combining numeric and symbolic computation and creating technical documents. Maple is available on IRES and can be run using command line input or the X Window graphical user interface.

• Command-line mode:
      maple
• X Window mode:
      maple -cw    [Recommended X11 environment]
      maple -x     [Full X11 environment]
